USA (Colorado) Contact Center Services

Government Authority located in Colorado; USA looking for expert vendor for Contact Center Services.
[A] Budget: The expected budget for this scope of work is between $115,000 and $130,000.
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Contact Center Services for families to access for any needs relating to children's health, development, and education.
(2) Contract period shall be for nine (9) months and it may extend for one (1) additional year periods.
(3) Vendor should provide services such as accept calls, messaging, texts, emails, and tweets, allow walk-in access, and support families to identify where and how they can easily access the services needed.
(4) Vendor must complete the Contact Center Project by September 30, 2012.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
